"I work in customer service as a supervisor so I’m always working on something or helping someone. I do not have time to slow down. Well, I had some back pain that just kept coming back and getting worse. I cannot afford to let anything stop me from being productive at work or home unless I am sleeping, so I talked to Denise.

I heard she was a Massage Therapist and she’s always eager to help anyway so I figured she could give me some tips to keep moving.

During my consultation Denise showed me this stretch (and helped me do it) that helped open up my muscles and immediately made it easier to move around. She wasn't pushy about a massage because she knew that I wouldn’t make time for one just yet. I just wanted some tips that could help me for now. She explained how the muscles in my back connected with the muscles I was stretching so that I could understand what I was doing and how it helped my body. The stretches and stretching routine she gave me really opened up the muscles I was having trouble with and some other ones in the same area and I do them daily. I can lay down without being in pain which is important cause it’s the only time I really get to relax.  After the way she helped me keep the pain at bay on my own, who knows maybe I'll make time for a full session. Either way, massage or stretching tips she is worth the time."
